ABSTRACT:
This 9 page paper is based in a case study provided by the student. Lester Electronics is in a difficult position, a major supplier that had given them an exclusive contract for many years is subject to a takeover bid. If that takeover goes ahead the company will lose its competitive advantage. A gap analysis is presented, starting with an analysis of the situation, followed by a discussion on the opportunities and issues, stakeholder and ethical perspectives, the identification of a suitable and vision and analysis of the gap which exists.
